Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing and documentation.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, manage communications, and ensure timely responses.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in our CRM system.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize sales team meetings, training sessions, and customer presentations.
  • Reports Generation: Prepare regular sales reports and maintain sales tracking systems.
  • Documentation: Manage sales documents, contracts, and maintain organized filing systems.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales support or administrative experience
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
