About NORLAND

NORLAND is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our growing sales team. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales management to drive our health products' market presence and revenue growth.

Position Overview

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. You'll work closely with both the sales team and senior management to implement effective sales processes and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of remote sales officers to achieve their targets and grow professionally.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  • Performance Management: Set and monitor individual and team KPIs, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement plans.
  • Training & Development: Create and conduct training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in health, wellness, or pharmaceutical sales preferred
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing successful sales teams
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Technical: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
