Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Health Product Sales Officer to join our team remotely. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting NORLAND's health products. Product knowledge is key to your success in this role, as it directly impacts your ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to customers and drive performance. This position can be either full-time or part-time, based on your availability and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Acquisition: Promote and sell NORLAND's health products to healthcare providers, pharmacies, clinics, and individual customers worldwide. Product knowledge is essential to effectively demonstrate how our products support wellness and restorative health.
- Customer Education & Support: Educate customers on the benefits and proper use of our products through Zoom meetings, WhatsApp sessions, and one-on-one consultations with our Professional Dr. A strong understanding of our products will be your greatest tool in building trust and educating clients.
- Market Research & Strategy Development: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitors to develop effective sales strategies. Stay updated on product developments to ensure you offer customers the most relevant solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, provide regular updates to the management team, and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in health, wellness, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools such as Zoom and WhatsApp for customer engagement.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain product benefits to customers.
- Product Knowledge: Comprehensive product knowledge is essential. You must be able to confidently explain the science behind our products, their benefits, and their proper use to drive sales.
- Self-Driven: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and achieve sales goals in a remote environment.
